Katerina Psoma creates luxury costume and fine jewelry pieces as well as leather bags, if you handle your new jewellery with care it will last longer. We recommend never wearing your jewels whilst showering or swimming; keep away from sea salt and pool chlorine. Store your jewellery and bag away from heat and sunlight, preferably in a protective pouch to avoid damage from scratching. Perfumes, dust and everyday wear will all take their toll on your jewellery, so try to keep contact with cosmetics, lotions and any other potions down to a minimum. Gemstones and metals can naturally fade over time, but with the proper love and care your Katerina Psoma pieces will remain beautiful for years to come.
We guarantee Katerina Psoma pieces are handmade to the finest quality, however damage may occur over time. Katerina Psoma offers repairs free of charge for 6 months after purchase. After the period of 6 months a repair charge may occur.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs via tracked delivery for repairing your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns must be sent back within 5 days of receipt.
Your purchase must be returned in it’s original packaging, in perfect unused condition.
You are responsible for the return & cost of shipping. We only accept recorded packages via courier or National mail. We strongly suggest to contact us prior sending us the parcel in order to validate the process.For returns we will debit your credit card or pay pal account once we receive and inspect the returned items.
During sale period, a six-month credit note is issued for your next purchase. We do not make any refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you wish to exchange your item for another, you can do so within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at email@example.com
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you instructions how to return your item safely to us via tracked delivery.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then we accept exchanges only. We can only issue refunds to the original buyer via the same payment method.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item to Katerina Psoma, you should always use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
