RETURNS or EXCHANGES
Customers can return or exchange their order, either entirely or partially. An exchange or a refund must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.
Your purchase must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect unused condition. Returned items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original address at the customer's expense.
You are responsible for the return & cost of shipping. We only accept recorded packages via courier or National mail.
If you wish to return an item for a refund or an exchange, please first contact our Customer Service Team at contact@katerinapsoma.com for authorisation and specific instructions, stating your order number and outlining which item(s) you wish to return or exchange. You will be sent specific instructions based on your country of return and the required Return Authorisation Form.
After receiving the authorisation and instructions from the Customer Care Team, please notify us when the item has been returned.
You have 5 working days from the date of the authorisation to return the item(s).
Items consigned to the postal or courier service after 5 working days will not be accepted once received and will be returned to you.
Returns must be accompanied by the completed and signed Return Authorisation Form.
We will not accept the return of goods that are returned without the authorisation of our Customer Care Team.
Note: There is no refund for purchases during sale. You have 10 days to return your purchase in tact in the original box.
If the product is unworn and in its original condition, we will issue a credit note of 60 days.
REFUNDS
Refunds consist of the price paid for the merchandise purchased, excluding the cost of shipping.
All refunds are made in Euros (€). Possible differences in the refunded amount may occur due to fluctuations in daily currency exchange rates and will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made within 5 working days from the arrival date of the returned item(s) at our head office to the same method of payment that was used for the purchase.
For orders made by credit card, the amount to be refunded will be visible on the next bank statement of the card. The time of processing may vary depending on the issuing company of the credit card, this time generally takes up to 20 business days.
When a PayPal transaction is refunded, the money returns onto the customer’s PayPal account or credit/debit card. How and when money is refunded depends on the original payment. Customers can refer to PayPal’s policy and check the status of the refund at any time, by logging into their PayPal account.
GENERAL
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of receipt and need 2-6 days for shipment, depending on destination.
- Once the order is dispatched, you will be notified for the tracking number of your order via email.
- We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.
- All orders are processed during working days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays (including Greek National Holidays).
